Wedding season is just around the corner, and although Hagen Family Farm doesn’t host weddings, our farm house vacation rentals are the ideal lodgings for people attending weddings in the Snohomish area. Natural beauty, a working farm, and the ideal location: we have it all.

Ideal Location

Hagen Family Farms is located in the heart of the Snohomish Valley: one of those places that, once visited, leaves a lasting impression and a yearning to return. Every outdoor activity is available in the valley: hiking, biking, fishing, and more. In fact, the farm offers 20 acres of private hiking trails, along with a view of (and easy access to) the scenic Snohomish River. Hot air ballooning is also very popular in spring, summer, and fall, and the sight of colorful balloons hovering over the valley is enough to make one’s day.
For wedding-goers throughout the Seattle area, the farm couldn’t be better situated. We’re just 40 minutes from downtown Seattle, and 20 minutes from Puget Sound. Plus, the Cascade Mountains are only an hour away. And historic Snohomish, long regarded the Antique Capital of the Northwest, is only a five-minute drive. Lodgings

The Lyon's Den

Sitting atop a knoll above the Snohomish Valley, The Lyon’s Den is a memorable blend of old and new. Built in 1910, this newly-renovated farmhouse features a wood-burning stove in the living room and hardwood floors in the living room and all three bedrooms. The Lyon’s Den also offers a mud room, a laundry room, and one recently-updated full bathroom with shower + tub. Guests can cook up some of our delicious grass-fed meats in this home’s 1950s-style kitchen, which includes a pantry, refrigerator, and modern amenities – everything needed to create a great meal.
The Lyon’s Den is fully furnished and kid-friendly, equipped with WiFi, cable, and a selection of DVDs, along with cards and several board games.  Of course, you’re welcome to explore the farm – in fact we encourage it, and even provide boots and overalls to anyone desiring a behind-the-scenes look at a real working farm.

The Hagen White House

Situated on the farm but not within view of the main house, The Hagen White House takes full advantage of the surrounding scenery. This abode offers a dining room that overlooks the valley and affords fantastic sunrise and sunset views. And that’s not all: The Hagen White House also offers a spacious country porch with lounge chairs and unforgettable valley views. Eagles, red-tail hawks, and numerous other birds and animals are common in the area. Our farm is so close to area wedding sites that some can be seen right from the porch.
Similar to The Lyon’s Den, The Hagen White House has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and full furnishings. The front and side yards were newly upgraded and are professionally landscaped, and there’s a barbecue for guests to use.
