Natural Lamb from Hagen Family Farm in Snohomish
Our lambs graze happily in their pasture, and get supplemented with nothing but quality (sometimes 4th cutting) hay, fresh fruit, and vegetables, which they love. They have a very large covered and sided lamb pen and can freely roam under shelter or out in the elements. We raise them naturally: no medications, no hormones.
$6.25/lb. (hanging weight)
+ butcher fees. There is no "hang time" for lamb so the processing of your order depends on the butcher shop's schedule. Usually processing takes place within five days of harvest date. When the butcher shop calls you that your order is ready for pick up at their shop, you need to pick up within 3-4 days unless you make special arrangements with them. Check next butcher dates.
